We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Names and contact details of individuals acting in their capacity as representatives of their organisations.

  • Customer financial information relating to invoicing and receiving payment.

2. how we get this information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You have made an enquiry about working with us.

  • You have recently become a client.

  • You continue to be a client.

  • You have subscribed to our mailing list.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Another individual or representative of another organisation has referred you to us to discuss our services.

We use the information that you have given us in order to

  • Contact you directly to discuss our services after making an enquiry.

  • Send you marketing emails from time to time as a subscriber.

  • Manage your account with us as a on an ongoing basis.

  • Process and collect payment from you as one of our clients.

We will not share your information with any third parties for the purposes of direct marketing.
